We do carry ready made Jewelry using the same top quality gemstones we sell
as loose gems, but many of our customers prefer our custom
manufactured jewelry built and sized to your specifications. We can custom manufacture almost
any setting you may want. If you were to select a setting from our online
catalog, and request specific gems from our online catalog, we would adjust the
price accordingly. In other words, if you see a setting you love, but it is
shown with an Emerald, and you would prefer us to use a different gemstone, we
will give you a price based on your selection. Or, if you see a setting you
love, but it is shown with a smaller/larger gemstone, and you would prefer us to
use a smaller/larger gemstone, we will give you a price based on the adjustments
necessary. Or, if you have a
photo of a setting you love, we will give you a price to manufacture the piece
to your specifications.
When you place your custom order
for a piece of jewelry, we prefer to ship the gemstone(s) for your approval
prior to filling the order. After you view and approve the gem(s), and we
receive your written or verbal approval to proceed, we require payment in full
for the gemstone(s) you selected, and a 50% deposit on your jewelry order when
the order is placed. The balance is due when the piece is finished and ready to
ship. If you give us written or verbal authorization to build a piece of jewelry
for you without previewing the gemstone(s) first, we require full non-refundable
payment on the entire order, at the time the order is placed, then we will ship
when it is completed. We do not accept returns on custom made or altered jewelry
after receiving your approval to proceed in manufacture. Our jeweler is a J. A.
Certified Master Jeweler with over 30 years experience in building jewelry of
all types and styles, and well qualified and experienced in setting the finest
of gemstones.
We prefer to manufacture our
custom jewelry using the large inventory of fine diamonds and color gemstones
you will find in our online catalog, but if you have stones you'd like us to use
we can do this also.
(NOTE: If you send us your diamond(s) or gemstone(s), for any reason, we will treat
the item(s) with the greatest care possible and maintain safe storage when the
item is not undergoing manufacture, however, we can not be held responsible for
any damage to, or loss of, any customer owned diamonds or gemstones. If we
receive a diamond and/or gemstone that is damaged, chipped, broken, or has large
inclusions or imperfections, we will inform the customer and we may require a
written acknowledgment on the condition of these items before proceeding with
any repair or installation work).
